Clear & Fair Rental Policies

We prioritize transparency and peaceful coexistence for all resident families.

Due Date & Payment

Monthly rental invoices are generated on the 1st of each month and payable before the 10th. Payments can be completed online via bKash, Bank Transfer, or cash to the caretaker.

Security Deposit

A refundable security advance of two (2) months' rent is collected at agreement signing, fully adjustable or refundable upon departure clearance.

Notice Period

Both landlord and tenant are required to give a minimum of 60 days (2 months) advance written notice prior to moving out for orderly handover.
